2. What are your delivery times?

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan within 3–5 working days.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on all orders.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only provide shipping within Pakistan.

5. How will I receive my tracking ID?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email.
Use it on the courier’s website to track your parcel in real time.

6. What is your return & exchange policy?

  • We offer 7-day return & exchange on non-sale items.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. I received the wrong or damaged item — what should I do?

Contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
