Exchange & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Applies only to non-sale items

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Accessories (optional, if you sell them in future)


3. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged/defective product

  • Item significantly different from description

For faulty/damaged products, send photos within 24 hours.

5. Return/Exchange Shipping Charges

  • If it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we bear shipping cost

  • If customer changes mind/exchange for size, shipping charges apply to customer

7. Quality Check

Returned items are inspected.
